Description of the course Storage and Inventory Management.

This course provides the knowledge and tools necessary to establish efficient management strategies for the storage of products, their security within the facilities, the design of facilities and cross docking activities.

This program will give you tools to:

• Build a storage and cross docking plan.

• Optimize and reduce the cost of storage.

• Design a merchandise storage plan throughout the supply chain.

• Identify the most appropriate technique for estimating storage forecasts within the context of your organization.

• Adjust storage forecasts according to external variables and internal objectives through a Marketing and Sales process.

• Evaluate the performance of the storage and cross docking process through the establishment of indicators.

• Identify the benefits of cross docking.

• Directly apply the knowledge learned in your organization.
